Mr. Moss graduated from Chicago's St. Ignatius College Prep in 2000 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in business law from the University of Miami in Florida in 2004. He attended Loyola University of Chicago School of Law from 2005 to 2008, and received a Juris Doctor in May of 2008.

During his second and third year of law school, Mr. Moss clerked for Durkin & Roberts. Upon graduation, Mr. Moss opened his own office maintaining an of counsel relationship with Durkin & Roberts. His practice is primarily in the areas of State grand jury representation and criminal trials and appeals, including DUI representation.

Mr. Moss is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, 2008; the State of Florida, and the Northern District of Illinois, 2009.
