Mr. Moss graduated from Chicago's St. Ignatius College Prep in 2000 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in business law from the University of Miami in 2004. He attended Loyola University of Chicago School of Law from 2005 to 2008, and received a Juris Doctor in May of 2008.

During his second and third year of law school, Mr. Moss clerked for Durkin & Roberts. Mr. Moss focuses his practice in the areas of state and federal grand jury representation, criminal trials and appeals, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Moss is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Illinois and Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, including Trial Bar; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
